Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dxthv. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted, the return process, and refund timelines. Please review this policy carefully before submitting a return request.


1. Return & Exchange Window

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


2. Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and protective materials must be included

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items that are used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)


4. Return Authorization & Process

Please do not send items back without authorization, as returns sent without approval may not be processed.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Email service@dxthv.com within 14 days of delivery.
    Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Instructions
    If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the designated return address via email.

  3. Ship the Item
    Securely package the item and ship it according to the provided instructions.


5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Dxthv does not charge any return handling, processing, or restocking fees

  • Customers are not charged a return shipping fee

  • Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.


6. Refund Processing & Timing

Once the returned item is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and refund processing.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • After the refund is processed, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items of equal value, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please follow the standard return process and specify the replacement item in your initial email.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact service@dxthv.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
