Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dxthv. Please review the shipping policy below for information regarding shipping destinations, processing times, delivery methods, taxes, and restrictions.

1. Shipping Destinations

Dxthv ships orders to customers within the 50 United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping Limitations

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following addresses:

  • U.S. military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)

  • U.S. territories and possessions, including but not limited to:

    • Puerto Rico

    • Guam

    • U.S. Virgin Islands

    • American Samoa

    • Northern Mariana Islands

  • International addresses outside the United States

  • Certain remote, rural, or hard-to-access areas where standard carrier service is unavailable or restricted

If an address is determined to be undeliverable by our shipping partners, Dxthv reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Method, Delivery Time & Cost

Dxthv offers Standard Shipping for all eligible orders.

Shipping Cost

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $20 USD

  • Flat rate of $4.00 USD for orders under $20 USD

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Shipment)

  • Contiguous United States: 5–8 business days

  • Hawaii & Alaska: 10–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

4. Sales Tax

Dxthv collects applicable U.S. sales tax on orders shipped to states where sales tax collection is required by law.

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address and the applicable state and local tax rates. The final tax amount will be displayed before payment is completed.

5. Free Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders over $20 USD shipped to qualifying addresses within the United States.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Orders shipped to U.S. addresses are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

7. Undeliverable or Restricted Addresses

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, restricted destination, or carrier limitations affecting remote areas, the shipment may be returned or canceled.

In such cases, Dxthv will notify the customer and issue a refund in accordance with the original payment method. Shipping fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Dxthv offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included
